agrees to pay the said Reiss & Company a commission of
1 (one) per centum on the New York free on board value
of all such Petroleum Products, shipped to the said
Humphrey Cheetham by the Texas Company under its agreement
with the Company; and such commission shall be due and
payable as and when the said products have been sold in
Hongkong and China.

In consideration of this commission the said Reise
& Company agree to provide the said Humphrey Cheetham with
the necessary accommodation in their offices in Hongkong
and Canton to work the business and they agree that they
and their employees - including their Compradores and
their staffs at these places will at all times give their
advice to the said Humphrey Cheetham when asked by him and that they will furnish him free of charge with the necessary i clerical assistance in order to properly work the said
business. As the said Humphrey Cheetham will be unable to
conduct the business in person both at Hongkong and Canton,
it has been agreed that the said Reiss & Company will in re- gard to Canton provide him with a qualified and responsible
manager at that place.
The said L. Reiss Bros. & Co. for themselves and for
the said Reiss & Company hereby agree that they will at no
